What I do
In Manhattan, outer Long Island, Cape Cod, Salt Lake City, Boulder, Madison, and at other locations in the states of Colorado, Utah, Oregon, Massachusetts, New Mexico, New York, Vermont, New Hampshire, Washington and Wisconsin, I will apartment sit or house sit for you while you're away. I will take care
of your
dog, water your plants (and talk to them if you like), keep your
apartment clean and secure, collect and forward your mail, take
meticulous telephone messages and forward them to you, bring in
your newspaper, etc.
I have impeccable references from long-time New Yorkers. They
include university professors, members of the Wall Street
community, business owners, a doctor, a rabbi, a landlord, and several past and
present employers. I will fax, email, or mail them to you upon
request.
I also will provide you with a security deposit upon request.
What I do not do
Smoke, drink alcohol, do drugs, sleep in your bed, use your
telephone for long-distance calls, have parties, lose keys, make a mess.
What I cannot do
Apartment sit for anyone who has a cat.
